PROCESSING

Typical processing includes orders processed plus shipped within1-5 business days.

We are unable to guarantee changes once an order is placed, however if you need a hand, please email info@josephine-candle.co.uk with as many details as possible and we’ll try our best.

Once picked up and scanned in by our carrier, transit times will vary depending on shipping method and delivery destination.

You will receive your shipping confirmation email as soon as a label is created for your order, and the tracking status of your shipment may take up to 48-72 hours once a label has been created.

Once shipped, an order’s tracking status is outside of our control, and as much as we like to there, final delivery is out of our hands. We cannot replace missing or stolen package at this time.

RETURNS & REPLACEMENT

We stand behind our products and are strong believers in customer satisfaction and service. we have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 DAMAGE & ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Please note, we can only offer exchanges on items if they are defective or damaged.

With the exception of faulty items, we are unable to reimburse postage costs. We recommend that you obtain proof of posting in case for whatever reason the parcel fails to reach us, and where possible send the return on a tracked service.

NOTE: We are unable to cover any shipping fees. Discontinued items, clearance items, limited collections/releases and gift cards are also considered final sales and not eligible for returns, refunds or exchanges.
